I didn't think the Repubs and their mouthpieces could GET any worse but two things from the debate yesterday have me seriously ticked off.
Does anyone think it was an coincidence that Paul Ryan talked about a couple he met whose family members were killed in a car crash? I mean, everyone knows that Biden's wife and daughter were killed in a car crash and Ryan just happens to pick THAT to talk about?
Or how about the "Reverend" Mike Huckabee and the whole sorry lot of them (Hannity, etc.) who questioned whether or not Biden was DRUNK at the debate?? The man doesn't drink because he had alcoholism in his family. He stated that he saw too much growing up and what it did to families so he doesn't drink.
Does anyone seriously think EITHER of these things being said was NOT being done on purpose?
EMPATHY might be another word they google when they look up malarkey.
As my dear late mother used to say, "I am so mad I could spit." (I still don't know what they hell that means!!)
