Here are the interesting results from the Ipsos tracking poll.
Washington, D.C. - Today’s Reuters/Ipsos daily tracking number shows Romney’s lead at one point, with support for Romney dropping from 47% to 46%, and support for Obama increasing from 44% to 45%.

These are findings from an Ipsos poll conducted for Thomson Reuters from Oct. 8-12, 2012. For the survey, a sample of 1,298 American registered voters and 1,081 Likely Voters (all age 18 and over) was interviewed online.
What's interesting about this is that part of the poll was today, after the Biden mopping of the floor with Ryan. It's only one poll and it's only 2 points but it's in the right direction. So it could be a Romney bounce fading, or a Biden bounce gaining, or statistical noise. I'll chose to believe it's not noise.
