Not sure if it's been diaried here yet or not, but in case it hasn't: the man seen apparently throwing away voter registration forms in Harrisonburg, VA has been arrested by Sheriff's deputies. More after the Fleur de Kos.
Via BlueVirginia:
The Rockingham County Sheriff's office has arrested a Pennsylvania man and charged him with attempting to throw away filled out voter registration forms.
Colin Small, 31 year old male from Phoenixville, PA has been charged with 12 felonies in connection with the controversy. He is employed by Pinpoint, a company that was hired by the Republican Party of Virginia to help with voter registration.
Pretty heavy-duty charges, there. The story, originally aired on local TV and quickly spread by Reddit, amongst others, indicated a suspicious vehicle with PA license pl;ates near the dumpster with the registration forms, and also found the same vehicle parked by the local Republican Party offices. If this turns out to be a deliberate order, don't be surprised if a few local and state Republicans here in VA get arrested too.
