This according to Hannity and "the man that knows Ohio like no one else," Bill Cunningham. Now you can all calm down...
Since I had to drive 14 hours today across a few states, with no satellite radio, CD's, etc., I decided to tune in to the crazies on the right for a few hours to see their take on the election.
What did I learn? Well, I learned Gallup is the only poll we should pay attention to. Dick Morris says we will lose Pennsylvania and it will be a landslide defeat. I learned that the race in Ohio is over and Romney has won, which makes me wonder why all the campaigning there? And how do we know he has won? Well, Mr. Cunningham gives us a great analysis. It basically goes like this: 1) A lot of people are showing up at his rally tomorrow. 2) The rural areas are heavy republican. 3) One poll (Yes, one out of hundreds) has shown Romney with the lead. 4) Republicans are vastly under-polled.
I haven't quite figured out which one is my favorite, but I am leaning towards number 1 at this point.
Oh, and all of this was perfectly acceptable analysis by Hannity who proclaimed he will now sleep soundly at night...until Tuesday night when he realizes it was all just a dream.
Oh, and Billy Cunningham, this is for you...Checkmate!
Thu Nov 01, 2012 at 11:55 PM PT: Obviously this post was to have a little fun in regards to the ridiculousness of what I heard today. But in all seriousness we need to keep pressing and put this thing over the goal line...then we can spike the 'football' Gronk style. Let's all GOTV and watch the hard work pay off.
