Yep, that describes Frank R. O'Brien, owner of O'Brien Industrial Holdings, LLC, who claims that it violates his religious beliefs, and the 1st Amendment, to make him pay for health insurance which covers his 87 employees and also happens to cover birth control as well.
Astoundingly, this avatar of the 18th Century has managed to convince two alleged judges of the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals that enjoins the U.S. government from enforcing the law which requires him to do so. Details from the wingnut source of all this are here.
According to an outfit called the American Center for Law and Justice (which apparently helps rich people avoid both), poor Mr. O'Brien suffered this constitutional offense:
... his religious beliefs provide the framework for the operation of his businesses, which employ 87 people. The company website states the OIH mission "is to make our labor a pleasing offering to the Lord while enriching our families and society." OIH’s statement of the company's values begins with the following: "Integrity. Our conduct is guided by the Golden Rule and the Ten Commandments. We will not discriminate based on anyone's personal belief system."
Ah, yes, my religion requires me to know WHAT KIND OF BIRTH CONTROL ARE YOU LADIES WORK FOR ME ARE GETTING, 'CUZ YOU KNOW, YOU SHOULDN'T BE GETTING ANY AT ALL!
We now return you to reality-based existence.
