Well, this guy actually had the audacity to follow through on this.

This physically makes me ill. I can't believe crap like this is legal in America. So many thoughts are flowing through my head right now. I want this business owner to be sued. I want to reach out and support these employees. I want these employees to become entrepreneurs and be able to be be wildly successful and shove it in the face of this asshole owner.
Im the nearish future, Im going to be starting up a software company and I know that I would rather go out of business than treat my employees or customers in this way. Perhaps that will make me an unsuccessful entrepreneur, but I would rather keep my principle of people over dollars.
Right now, I wish I were a lawyer who was a member of the Nevada Bar association so I could sue the shit out of this guy. There aren't many times in life where you encounter an absolute wrong, but this is one of them.
Editing to add:
Thanks for the comments indicating that there's a high probably that this is utter bullshit. I'll admit to being rather sensitive to this issue because I think that employers making any comments about how their employees vote is fundamentally wrong. I'll keep an eye out for any confirmation though.
