Another truth-revealing gaffe from Mr. 1%:
I'm not concerned about the very poor...You can focus on the very poor; that's not my focus.
And from Mittens' victory speech last night:
And, without raising taxes, I will finally balance the budget.
And, of course, he wants to reverse President Obama's sensible defense cuts...
So when Monsieur $10,000 bet says, "We have a safety net there. If it needs a repair, I'll fix it," we know that translates to:
We had a safety net there. If it needs a restructuring, I'll slash it.
Believe in the Cayman Islands.
Mittens has no core. Aren't Mormon mission projects supposed to be about helping the poor? Yet he says his presidency will all but ignore poor Americans and that he personally does not worry about their plight.
In the interview with Soledad O'Brien, Swiss Mitt mentions that Medicaid supports the poor. Yet he has endorsed the Ryan budget that "puts $735 billion less toward Medicaid, which benefits Americans too poor to afford private insurance."
But Mr. Pink Slip says not to fret, for the "Democrat Party" will speak up for the out-of-focus poor folks. Flip-flop Mitt seems to forget that advocating for the less fortunate is not simply the platform of one political party, but rather the charge of the world's largest faith. Luke 4:18-19:
'The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favour.'
Who the fuck is that guy?! Sounds like a socialist. Definitely not somebody Mittens would be seen palling around with.
