I've been off Kos for a while, what with my work in high school
If you've heard about Mitt's story of bullying a kid in high school by forcibly cutting the kid's hair, you'll know where I'm going with this. Here's what I think this means about Romney.
Look, I know that when you're at or below college age, you're perhaps not as responsible for your actions (at least it must be a fair trade for how often we get stepped on), but that only covers certain things, like brain functions regulated by hormones (example:sex). However, last time I checked, being an asshole is not regulated by hormones. So, Mitt - you don't have an "I was young" out here.
Another point: Mitt says he doesn't remember the bullying incident. We know, of course, that it happened. There are two options, then. One, he's lying - probably not that far fetched. All it means is that, as usual, he's trying to dodge an issue he doesn't have a script for. the other possibility is far worse. He might be telling the truth. That's far worse because you have to either be cold to not remember how you tortured someone (and yes, bullying is torture - I would know), or you have to have done it so often that you can't remember any one specific incident.
Last point. Obama was younger than Romney was when he ate dog meat, so why is Romney attacking him for it? Hypocrite as usual.
I don't usually HATE polticians, save for the ones who have an evil cackle or want to reinstate the draft (none so far. I hope). Here's why i now hate Mitt Romney.
