This is a good response to Romney's lie that President Obama has no jobs plan. In fact, the American Jobs Act was submitted to Congress as a whole and in parts, and the Republicans defeated most parts of it. This begins the important task of showing how Republicans are preventing job creation for political advantage.
Obama: "I'm Barack Obama and I approve this message."
Obama before a crowd: "Our businesses have created almost 4.3 million new jobs over the last 27 months, but we’re still not creating them as fast as we want."
Narrator: "The President’s jobs plan would put teachers, firefighters, police officers and construction workers back to work. Right now. And it’s paid for by asking the wealthiest Americans to pay a little more."
On screen: BUT CONGRESS REFUSES TO ACT
Narrator: "But Congress refuses to act."
On screen: TELL CONGRESS WE CAN'T WAIT.
Narrator: "Tell Congress we can’t wait.”

I'm all in for the re-election of Barack Obama. I don't want to live under Republican rule. We're going to have to fight like hell to win. But we can. The Obama campaign raised $60M in May. Republicans may outspend them with their billionaires, but they need to outspend 7 to 1, as in Wisconsin, and I don't think they will even come close to doubling Obama's spending. And when spending is close, Republicans lose because all they have is racism and protecting the rich.
This ad shows that the Republicans are preventing job creation so the wealthy don't have to pay their fair share.
