It seems a lifetime ago but was only a month when I asked for some help to get my pootie baby an operation for polyps in her ear. Actually I was going to try and get the cheaper procedure as I had no money. Everyone came through and it allowed me to get the 100% ~ surgery with a payment plan since I had managed half down in advance.
Kos people were so kind, so caring and so receptive, I hate having to share the news I got today.
She needed a second operation as it seemed a polyp stayed in...turned out to be a line of them adhered to the horizontal wall. They did the 2nd free of charge and sent it to pathology.
Below the squiggle for the diagnosis
She has a mixed cancer ..a carcinoma and some other sort. Both highly malignant and aggressive. Some has already made it to the lymphatic system and she has about three to six months to live. We will know more Thursday at suture removal about whether it has reached the lymph nodes. It also has a high degree of chance to metastasize.
I am gutted She is my baby girl. I tried so hard to do what was right for her, even asking for help which I don't do easily. I wanted her feeling all better.
The docs have been great, they told me why a 3rd op probably wouldn't give her extra time, the surgeon called me with the results but had already consulted with her dermatologist on his thoughts. Both will be there when I put her down but until then I will strive to give her the happiest and best 3 to 6 months possible for a furbaby to have..bar catching live mice for her. I have to draw the line somewhere lol.
None of this would have been caught without your help. At least she bought more time and is pain free right now.
I am sedated right now so sound weird i think. I just want to say an extra thank you to all who donated, tipped, recced or sent a hug.
Misty will know she is loved and can use some prayers to make this time we have left the easiest and longest possible for her.
Even if you pray to a rock :)
