Posters of a certain age (lifelong Democrats) will definitely remember the "Kennedy for Me" jingle, an extremely catchy tune which is probably one of the most positive political ads ever:
Well the JFK jingle was remixed, for President Barack Obama:
Obama for Me:
I always thought the "Kennedy for Me" jingle did as much as the debates back in 1960 in presenting Kennedy as a positive force for change, and it's definitely one of my favorite ads.
This is just another indicator that our candidate for President inspires more positive emotions than negative, despite all the noise you hear out there. I truly believe this is turning into an election of determined optimism, displayed by Obama and the Democrats, versus unrelenting pessimism, displayed by Romney and the Republicans.
