Just in the past few days there have been 3 more stories about a multiple workplace killing, a grandfather killing his daughter in law because he just didn't like her much, and an accidental murder of a son by his father who mistook him for a burglar. Slightly more below the dried bloodstain below.
I was going to write a much longer diary with statistics regarding the continued senseless gun violence that holds us all hostage to fear, and the continued propaganda pushed by the NRA and the idiots with the mindset of 'if only everyone were armed, they could have stopped the shooter!'.... but you've heard it all before. And still, nothing gets done. Nothing will ever get done. But I feel these stories are important to document.

And please feel free to tell me how having a gun is necessary to protect yourselves against 'the criminals' when for every 1 story you see about that happening, you see 100 stories like this. And don't forget; all these gun-owners were honest, law-abiding citizens right up until the second they pulled the trigger... and became killers.
