This is a short follow-up to Ian Reifowitz' fine diary yesterday on "poor" Phil Mickelson's woes about taxes
Seems as though he has some regrets:
"Finances and taxes are a personal matter, and I should not have made my opinions on them public," Mickelson said in a statement released late Monday night. "I apologize to those I have upset or insulted, and assure you I intend to not let it happen again."
What he really means below the fold...
You see, he really isn't happy about the tax changes--but he is REALLY sorry that he spoke out about it:
The four-time major champion didn't back away from his outlook, only his decision to talk about it.
Fear not, Phil there are places you can go to; and have your "Freedom AND more money:
Rick Perry weighs in with a tweet:
"Hey Phil....Texas is home to liberty and low taxes...we would love to have you as well!!"
I once thought he was a cool guy; now I see he's just another over compensated asshole, who thinks it's all about ME!
Phil, why don't you and Lance get together and whine about how tough life has been lately.....???
