A few months ago, I suggested (tongue definitely in cheek) that guns should be painted pink, in the hope that this would reduce gun posturing and carelessness. I take it back.
Here's why.
When you market brightly colored guns to the parents of preteen children, and those parents keep the guns "in a corner of the house" and don't know if there's a shell in the gun or not, and the coroner rules it "just one of those crazy accidents" - then there's something out there that's way beyond a joke.
