The other day the FBI arrested an apparent terrorist who had his house filled with Molotov Cocktails and Pipe Bombs.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The FBI believes authorities disrupted a terrorism attack that was being planned in a small western Minnesota city when they arrested a man after converging on a mobile home that contained Molotov cocktails, suspected pipe bombs and firearms, the agency said Monday
Maybe the fact that he was found in a mobile home might have something to do with it. What else?
Buford Rogers, 24, of Montevideo, was arrested Friday and charged with one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He remained in federal custody Monday and it was not clear if he had an attorney.
“The FBI believed there was a terror attack in its planning stages, and we believe there would have been a localized terror attack, and that’s why law enforcement moved quickly to execute the search warrant on Friday to arrest Mr. Rogers,” FBI spokesman Kyle Loven said Monday.
His name is
Buford? Buford?
Perhaps it's because he looks like this?
According to a federal affidavit obtained by The Associated Press on Friday, FBI agents from the domestic terrorism squad searched the property at the mobile home park in Montevideo and discovered the Molotov cocktails, suspected pipe bombs and firearms. The affidavit said Buford was there at the time of the search, and one firearm recovered from Buford’s residence was a Romanian AKM assault rifle.
Molotov Cocktails and Pipe bombs. Well, clearly if he had a
Pressure Cooker Bomb we'd have to suspend his Miranda Rights with a Public Safety Exception.
So why exactly would Buford want to commit an act of terrorism in these here United States? What could his issue be? I may be going out on a limb to guess he probably isn't an ardent supporter or sympathizer of al Qeada or jihadist. Not Buford in the Moble home.
I could be wrong, but I doubt it.
Might he have common cause with this person?
Yeah, maybe like the new incoming NRA President he figures he needed all those bombs and guns to get Revenge for the War of Northern Aggression, against Obama the "Fake President" or some such.
It's not like we haven't seen a considerable of terror-adjacent behavior from the NRA.
Of course, no one could get the wrong idea from something like that.
Or might he have more in common with this person? (Army of God's Paul Hill)
The so-called Army of God is a Domestic Terrorist Organization that has operated as if they were "lone gunmen" in order to grant themselves "deniability", but they are not. They have murdered several different Abortion Doctors, from Dr. Gunn to Dr. Tiller.

The Army of God is an underground network of terrorists who believe that the use of violence is an appropriate tool for fighting against abortion. An excerpt from the Army of God Manual says that the Army of God "is a real Army, and God is the General and Commander-in-Chief. The soldiers, however, do not usually communicate with one another. Very few have ever met each other. And when they do, each is usually unaware of the other's soldier status. That is why the Feds will never stop this Army. Never. And we have not yet even begun to fight." Pastor Michael Bray is the Chaplain of the Army of God. He hosts the annual "White Rose Banquet" honoring those imprisoned for anti-abortion violence. He also wrote the book "A Time to Kill," which provides a biblical justification for the use of violence against abortion providers. Bray has served time in jail for bombing abortion clinics. Bray's daughter is named after a murderer of an abortion doctor.
The Army of God manual is a "how to" for abortion clinic violence. It details methods for blockading entrances, attacking with butyric acid, arson, bomb making, and other illegal activities. The manual contains anti-abortion language as well as anti-government and anti-gay/lesbian language. The manual begins with a declaration of war on the abortion industry and continues, "Our Most Dread Sovereign Lord God requires that whosoever sheds man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed.
I suppose in time we'll discover Buford's motives and plans in more detail, he may be part of a numerous set of anti-government, or anti-gay, or sovereign, or anti-abortion or neo-nazi, fundamentalist christian, Apocalypse-cult or other types of movements. Or he might be simply a Lone Bomb Nut (that is if the media bothers to even cover the story) but somehow I think the odds less than nil of anyone calling for Mr. Rogers to be waterboarded, because - hey - could you forgive someone who waterboarded Mr. Rogers?
Didn't think so.
