So we've had many diaries including a front page article proclaiming that ACA was open for applications. Nothing could be further from the truth.
I had a personal chat on the ACA website because it's impossible to apply and was told that the site would be functional at 8AM.
I've been a long time skeptic of this program. But have read consistantly by some of the same diarists proclaiming that ACA is open for business that it's just a wonderful plan. Never understood it considering we're giving private insurance companies a whole new subsidy but hey, it was a Democratic President pushing it and this being a Democratic website, I understood.
What makes me even more skeptical is that the same folks that have been shoving down our throats how wonderful this plan will be didn't even take the time to check out the website before proclaiming it was open for business.
Let's have a new rule. Don't profess to know shit when you're making it up.
