Here's RNC chair Reince Preibus crowing about the latest Obamcare polling numbers.
52% want Congress to repeal or scale back #Obamacare…but Dems actually want to run on this law!?

But guess what? Those are
close to the same numbers from 2011. In January 2011 (right after the big GOP wave win in Congress), 57 percent wanted to see the law scaled back or repealed. Now, in fact, the idea of scaling back the law has lost five points of support since 2011.And then there's this:
The fact that 32% want an outright repeal, compared with 54% who disapprove of the law, suggests that some of those who disapprove still do not want to do away with the law altogether.
Just since October of this year, when we were in the middle of the huge Healthcare.gov snafu, there's been movement away from repeal by independents. In October, 33 percent of independents supported repeal. Now it's 29 percent. But here's the really big jump: In October, 14 percent of independents wanted to see the law changed or expanded, and now that's jumped up to 21 percent. That's a trend Preibus, and every other Republican, should be keeping an eye on.
So yes, Democrats can run on Obamacare, because it will only be working better, and polling better, as time passes.
