Walmart made some of its "associates" work on Thanksgiving for pay. But I noticed that a number of my progressive friends who condemned Walmart rushed from the Thanksgiving table to the TV to watch college football. College football is a major segment of the entertainment industry that generates billions in revenue for ESPN and regional sports networks and million-dollar payments to the college teams, none of which goes to the players. So, can progressives honestly condemn Walmart for paying people to work on Thanksgiving and celebrate college football teams who make their players work for nothing the same day?
Just asking
