That's the 2012 election results by county. But what about this one?
This map shows change in mortality rate for women. Those red counties are where it has gotten worse. No 'War on Women'? The very real casualties say otherwise. Mortality rates are rising in 43% of U.S. counties.

But socioeconomic factors such as the percentage of a county's population with a college education and the rate of children living in poverty had equally strong or stronger relationships to fluctuations in mortality rates."
There are no monuments to those who have fallen in the War on Women, but the losses are real. If anyone tries to tell you this isn't a 'real' issue - show them this.
