Didn't see this posted here (not that I've been the most dutiful DK attendee of late), and thought it glance-worthy.
In perhaps the greatest "Are you f'ing kidding me?" moment since Henry Kissinger was awarded the Nobel, Robert Gordon University in Scotland has awarded former BP CEO Tony "I Want My Life Back" Hayward an honorary degree, proclaiming him a "Doctor of Technology," a "role model" and praising his "huge contribution to the oil and gas industry."
Irony, it appears, has finally succumbed to rust-y.
