One of Michigan's great annual traditions is the Labor Day Mackinac Bridge walk. It is a five mile walk surrounded by some of the most majestic scenery the state has to offer. It celebrates a structure created by some of Michigan's most heroic construction workers. And, of course, it is a walk scheduled on a holiday that celebrates the gains made by Michigan's workers and proud union heritage.
Well, this year our Gov. Rick Snyder decided to make the walk with...get this...a robot.
