Awareness of the toxic influence of the Koch brothers is increasing, but it still needs to break through to more voters. The audio from their meetings helps, but the point is lost for many who don't pay enough attention. We need a pro forma ad that can be adapted to many races that points out the absurdity of giving tax breaks to billionaires like the Kochs.
Something like this:
The Koch brothers have $80 billion dollars. That is $80,000,000,000.
They can already buy anything they want to.
They can already invest in anything they want to.
They can already pay workers a living wage if they want to.
They can already protect the environment if they want to.
The Kochs don't need a tax cut, so why does (insert name of GOP candidate) promise to give them another one?
The Koch's already own plenty of (insert name of office), so why give them another one by voting for (insert name of GOP candidate)?
Why take money that could be spent on (insert local issue) and give it to the Kochs?
Why give away the quality of life for your community to further enrich billionaires?
Vote for (insert name of candidate) to represent you in (insert name of jurisdiction), not (insert name of GOP candidate) who has promised to represent the Kochs?
