I find it interesting it's almost 2015. The Tea-party article that appears here will surprise
no one who writes here. I include it because it's important to put faces and speech
under the light of day and not under a rock where it belongs.
I've felt since 2009, that the hatred of our President seems unusually harsh. I've found
out how sheltered I really have been.
When I was 18, I was in Vietnam. It's true the only color my Army unit knew was green. Color seemed so silly to many of us. We were all equal. Blood is red no matter
what color a wounded soldier was. At the University of Oregon, race
seemed not to be an issue.
Anyone alive in the 1960 and early 1970 era must remember what happened in the
South. Martin Luther King was and is a hero of mine. His words screamed the in-justice of racial hatred. If you really want to find out about this brilliant man, read Letter from Birmingham Jail. He wrote it in 1963.
It show's what his thoughts were, why he fought for Civil rights. It wasn't a speech,
it was simply a long letter from a man sharing his thoughts. Read what he writes about
time and apathy. Those words written almost 52 years ago, are spot on today.
Racism is obvious in the recent killings of children by policemen. The scary thing is that
most Republicans will use an excuse why he is unpopular. The entire 2014 election
was handed to the Republicans by scared Democrats. There were so many issues
that should have been embraced by our side. Our people lost their spine.
Bush and Cheney should be tried for war crimes. If President Obama had been in office
in 2001, he would have at least been impeached.
I am a believer now that racism is alive and well today. We need to laugh at the fools
shown on this diary and accept that we are not going to change
white racists. Another example is a town called Rosebud, Missouri..People were marching to the capital to protest the Michael Brown
killing. They ran up against racism at it's worst.
Change comes with unity. It comes from not trying to change stupid peoples minds, but outnumber them. It has never been more important in our nation's history to expose racists, and wait for white stupid people to be a minority.Follow me below.
I applaud the strength of this paper. I applaud the great writers here. Have I told you
anything new or what you didn't already know? I am sure I haven't. Racism and stupidity
needs to be talked about and written about every day.
Our country is falling apart, brick by brick, road by road, rights for several folks will be taken from you if you allow it to happen.
Fight back.

joyous expectations of good.
