Nothing fuels the mind's eye, like the ripping anguish of such sudden personal loss ...

"We're all proud to be Americans. But what kind of message does it send to the world when we have such a rudderless bunch of idiots in government?" Martinez said on CNN.
"I can't tell you how angry I am. It's just awful, and no parent should have to go through this."

"These people are getting rich sitting in Congress. And what do they do? They don't take care of our kids," he said.
Legislation after Sandy Hook to extend background checks for gun sales, ban assault weapons and limit magazines' capacities failed to clear the Senate in April 2013. Gun-rights advocates strongly opposed the measures.

Isla Vista victim's dad blames government 'idiots'
Chicago Tribune newspaper and wire reports -- May 26, 2014
Those are the anguished cries of yet another innocent American parent, forced to endure the cruelty and the stupidity, and the selfishness of American Gun Violence -- perpetrated by someone of demonstrable mental problems -- yet somehow was able to easily obtain the weapons, that let him seek his internal revenge on 6 unknowing, innocent victims. What We Didn’t Learn After Newtown
by John Avlon, thedailybeast.com -- Dec 8, 2013
When was the last time 90% of Americans agreed on anything?
When was the last time 60% of Congress cared enough to do something about it?
Not recently enough.
Not SOON enough for 6 more innocent victims of Isla Vista ... and their innocent friends and family -- who are only left with only the unfinished memories ... and the grim finality of their loved one's horrible gun-violence deaths.
Only 'an idiot' would try to keep empowering those of questionable stability, on the edge of wielding such gut-ripping hate. Arming them to easily claim the power, that they would not otherwise have.
