This will be very short, because I'm late to work. But I just saw a headline like that on BBC: http://www.bbc.com/...
The article itself tells many events of today, including the brutal attack on a marketplace. But the article also includes this:
Earlier, the UN said Israel had attacked a UN-run school housing refugees in Gaza, despite warnings that civilians were there. Fifteen people were killed and dozens hurt.
The White House condemned the attack and said it was "extremely concerned" that Palestinians were not safe at shelters despite being told to evacuate their homes by Israel's army.

I saw today that Congress is debating hundreds of millions of dollars in "emergency" military aid to Israel, before they slink off for a five-week summer vacation.
With this latest provocation from the Dictator-in-Chief, they'll probably have to move immediately for impeachment.
Seriously, it's amazing to see the White House have the courage to say anything critical of Israel, at all.
Here is the full White House statement:
The United States condemns the shelling of a UNRWA school in Gaza, which reportedly killed and injured innocent Palestinians – including children – and UN humanitarian workers.
"We are extremely concerned that thousands of internally displaced Palestinians who have been called on by the Israeli military to evacuate their homes are not safe in UN designated shelters in Gaza. We also condemn those responsible for hiding weapons in United Nations facilities in Gaza. All of these actions, and similar ones earlier in the conflict, are inconsistent with the UN’s neutrality. This violence underscores the need to achieve a cease-fire as soon as possible.”

Of course, note that the statement does not specify that Israel bombed the refugee shelter, and is careful not to specifically condemn Israel. Cowards.
What Israel is doing is genocide. If I find time, I intend to diary that properly.
