After all the NFL has gone through the only way change will occur is when the money starts to go. Maybe this is the first shot to be fired. Follow below the fold.
After Viking GM Rick Spielman made a statement reinstating star running back Adrian Peterson in front of a display with the hotel chain name on it, the Radisson hotel chain announced a suspension of its sponsorship of the Minnesota Vikings.

My take and it was mentioned in Radisson's statement is that as details are coming out about a second situation where Adrian Peterson was accused of abusive behavior toward a child and with the backlash coming in of Minnesota's need to win over doing the right thing, businesses may try to get out in front of this and not get taken down with the wave of bad publicity. I know the idea of doing right should be paramount but if the selfish interests of a business to not lose money makes them do the right thing and change comes about, it's worth it.
In my opinion it was the fall of the sponsorships that I think forced the NBA and Donald Sterling to sell the Clippers and maybe this might be the start of the NFL finally doing the right thing. I could be wrong and greed for the lack of a better word will still be good and the NFL does nothing. I await a possibly lively discussion in the comments.
