From i24news.tv:
With one week to go before the Israeli election, a broad-based poll shows Isaac Herzog's center-left Zionist Union poised to win.
The poll commissioned by the Knesset Channel was conducted among a sampling of 1,027 Israeli adults, double the usual sampling size, with a margin of error of three percent.
According to the survey, if elections were held today, the Zionist Union would win 24 seats in the 120-seat Knesset, while Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud party would win 21 seats.

Just before Bibi's ill-advised speech to Congress, polls showed Herzog up by one seat. Then, last week, Herzog appeared to be up by two. Today - three. So how's that meddling in U.S. politics thing working out for you, Beebs?
Update 1:
A poll released Tuesday evening in Israel puts Herzog up 4 seats. From i24news.tv:
A Channel 2 TV poll, published on Tuesday evening predicted that the Zionist Union would win 25 seats, while the Likud would win 21 seats.
