Well, this is a productive use of time for Mitch McConnell's Senate:
Upon reconsideration, the Senate did not invoke cloture on the substitute amdt to S. 178, Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act, 57-41.

And he's just going to keep on doing it, until, well, who know.
Repeating the same failed vote as yesterday, Senate again votes against ending debate on trafficking. Sen. McConnell plans same tomorrow.

Because what in the hell else is the world's greatest deliberative body going to do? They sure as hell aren't going to vote to have an attorney general.
