However Obama has commented on the shooting at 7:30 this morning :
President Barack Obama says the Planned Parenthood shootings show the urgent need "to do something about the easy accessibility of weapons on war" for "people who have no business wielding them."
"Enough is enough," Obama says in a statement a day after a gunman killed three people at a Colorado clinic.
Obama says it's not known what motivated the shooter, but it's clear "more Americans and their families had fear forced upon them" — and that, the president says, "is not normal. We can't let it become normal."
He says if "we truly care about this — if we're going to offer up our thoughts and prayers again, for God knows how many times, with a truly clean conscience," then America must make it harder to get guns.
- Dear was a registered to vote as Unaffiliated

Dear’s cabin, which lacks both running water and electricity and is decorated with a cross made out of twigs, is a half-mile up a curvy dirt road about 15 miles west of Asheville. He split his time between the remote shack and a home in Swannanoa, N.C., his neighbors said.

Zigmond Post, who told BuzzFeed News he was a neighbor of Dear’s in Hartsel, said the man once gave him anti-Obama pamphlets.
Post said he once went to Dear’s home to retrieve two dogs that had gotten loose. “We were there for a minute and the guy was already handing us anti-Obama pamphlets,” he said. According to Post, Dear said “Obama was ruining the country and needed to be impeached.”

In addition to the shack, he lived in a mobile home in another town in North Carolina and a camper on a piece of vacant land in Colorado, which he shared with a woman he meant online who moved with him from the East Coast.
Dear moved to Colorado last year, when he bought a five-acre plot of land in Hartsel, about 40 miles west of Colorado Springs, according to Jim Anderson, the real estate agent who brokered the deal. The previous owner said Dear paid $6,000 for the vacant land.
The realtor said Dear arrived with a small pickup truck and paid $4,000 for a “pull-behind” camper that Anderson’s friend was selling. Anderson said Dear set up the camper on the flat land, which has no trees, and lived there.-WP
