Are you a complete and total idiot? Or do you just assume your constituents are? More below the fold.
This isn't the first time I have questioned the Honourable Mr. Libous' ability to accept reality, or questioned his opinion of we citizens.
The most recent time was last summer, when he came up with this:
Report EBT Card Abuse
I’ve reintroduced the Public Assistance Integrity Act (S.966) because fighting Welfare fraud is one of my top priorities. The Act would prohibit welfare recipients from using cash assistance from Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards to buy tobacco, alcoholic beverages, lottery tickets or to gamble. Last year, it passed the Senate 56-3 but the Assembly didn’t act on it.
We need your help to show Governor Cuomo and the Assembly that this EBT Reform Bill needs to be passed and signed into law.
If you’ve witnessed EBT Card abuse – someone using an EBT card to buy alcohol, cigarettes or lottery tickets - please tell us about it below.
Tom's Tip Line
OK, I guess since you are the State Senator for Broome, Tioga, Chenango and Delaware Counties, maybe you haven't heard about Wall Street.

I would first like to draw your attention to question 2.
2. Is funding State political campaigns with your taxpayer money a good idea?
Yes.
No.
Not sure.
Don't care.
That's sort of a dangerous question for the Honorable Gentleman to ask, considering Libous has been scrutinized for having ties to a real-estate company holding gas leases founded by his wife and run by a campaign donor
Bloomberg April 9, 2014. And his son, Matthew, faces six charges over allegations that he hindered FBI investigations and did not report more than $28,000 in income and personal expenses paid on his behalf. Such expenses included internet dating subscriptions and trips to casinos.

Now for Question 4.
Some Kirkwood & Conklin residents want those towns to secede to Pennsylvania. Would you support that?
Yes.
No.
Not sure.
Don't care.
Really? Albany is a cesspool, and you are going all Rick Perry on us? This is about a bunch of landowners just above the PA border who were expecting to retire on their millions from the Marcellus Shale "boom." They live in the land where people expect to retire off their lottery winnings, or a big settlement from a medical mistake. Rainbows and unicorns to follow. And you only asked me five questions, so this was 20% of the survey!
Final question I shall address:
What's the best way for us to create more jobs? Please rank your Top 3 Choices.
Favorite 2nd Favorite 3rd Favorite
Lower taxes and cut red tape for employers.
Loans to help small businesses expand.
Free community college.
Targeted tax credits to employers that hire the unemployed.
This would be my least favorite, if it weren't for how easy it is to ridicule. How about supporting
The Robin Hood Tax? How about helping the
Tioga County Public Transit System stay afloat so low income people can get to jobs, doctor appointments, and job interviews?
Do you have any thought about income inequality? How about Green Energy jobs, and fixing the roads, bridges, and schools that need attention? I read your Response to the State Budget. More jobs, less taxes, reform schools, restore public trust, yadda yadda.
You are in your 14th term! I drive past still standing condemned houses from the Flood of September 2011 everyday on my way to work! That clean up was in the 2012 budget!
Again, are you a complete and total idiot? Or do you just assume your constituents are?
Mr. Libous, Sir, Tom, do us all a favor. Spend more time with your family.
