Rep. Tim Huelskamp is famous for his hatred of the ACA - or Obamacare.
Rep. Huelskamp has famously contended he was pro the government shut down, and doing whatever it took to stop ACA.

Rep. Tim Huelskamp, R-Kan., emphasized that point. "I'm from a district that pretty much ignores Washington," he said. "If you say government is going to shut down, they say, 'OK, which part can we shut down?'"
This week, however, Tim had to admit something difficult: like Ted Cruz before him, Tim Huelskamp has taken insurance from the ACA.

Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R-Kan.) told constituents at the end of a town hall meeting in Clay Center on Thursday that he and his wife have signed up for The Affordable Health Care Act.
“For the record -- I am on ObamaCare -- Yee-hah!” he said. “My wife complains about it all the time.”
Rep. Huelskamp was faced with a difficulty many elected are running into: go to the government marketplace and obtain insurance, or just go without.

In a petition Huelskamp circulated among supporters to de-fund Obamacare, he described the health care law as a “disaster” and the “most despised legislation in recent American history.”
Asked whether he sees any contradiction between his outspoken opposition to Obamacare and his family’s enrollment, Huelskamp said in a written statement that the law forces members of Congress to sign up.
Like millions of other American families, he said, “we object to this expensive, liberty-attacking mandate.”
While Representative Louis Gohmert (R-Texas) has elected to go without insurance, for Huelskamp, the idea of being uninsured or buying outside of the marketplace with his own resources simply didn't work out.
Due to the salary of the US House, Huelskamp's complaints over premiums seem unlikely to inspire great sympathy amongst others.
