I"m not going to write a diary here...
But this is really worth watching, to see just what does end up happening in a city like Baltimore, why the system is so messed up, and a perspective on why young black males are the ones who end up wrongly suffering for it.
My guess is that many of you will welcome what he has to say, some may not (in that it focuses more on structural rather than inherently discriminatory aspects).
But whatever your views it's a really poignant piece. It presents the same factory mentality that we've been applying to our schools, which serves to completely dehumanize people in the name of statistics. Whole thing is a bloody mess. Literally.
