Kim Davis is violating all kinds of laws by refusing to perform the duties of her job, which are outlined in Ky. Constitution. By the time she arrived at work this morning she has exhausted all possible legal ways to discriminate against same-sex couples from obtaining a Marriage License.
While at the Court House that Kim Davis works at, her husband implied he would use his "2nd Amendment" remedy against same-sex marriage supporters.

The husband of a Kentucky county clerk who's refusing to issue gay marriage licenses despite a U.S. Supreme Court ruling says his wife is committed to her faith and is "standing for God."
Joe Davis arrived at the Rowan County courthouse Tuesday morning to check on his wife, clerk Kim Davis, shortly after she again denied the licenses to several couples.
Joe Davis says his wife has received death threats, and the couple changed their phone number. But he says he's not afraid, and he believes in the Second Amendment.
He [Joe Davis] said "I'm an old redneck hillbilly, that's all I've got to say. Don't come knocking on my door."
This morning David Moore & David Ermold went to Kim Davis' office to attempt to get a marriage license -- she told them no.
Rowan County clerk Kim Davis emerged from her office Tuesday morning after some couples were denied the licenses. She asked David Moore and David Ermold, who've been rejected four times, to leave. They refused, surrounded by reporters and cameras.
Ermold said: "We're not leaving until we have a license."
Davis responded: "Then you're going to have a long day."
Davis says her office is continuing to deny marriage licenses to gay couples "under God's authority."
Local station WKYT
posted a video that shows same-sex couples repeatedly imploring Kim Davis to do her damn job & issue them marriage licenses.
"We are not issuing marriage licenses today," Davis says in the video.
"Under whose authority are you not issuing licenses?" asks one of the men.
"Under God's authority," Davis responds.
"under God's authority" ... wow, this woman really has no idea what the First Amendment even means.
The AP reports that David Miller, who has attempted to get a marriage license from Kim Davis has asked Rowan County Sheriffs Deputy to have Kim Davis arrested for contempt at the Rowan County Courthouse in Morehead, Ky., Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015. I have no update on that request.
UPDATE: Local news Courier Journal reports that Contempt of Court motions have been filed against Kim Davis.
Lawyers have filed a motion to find Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis in contempt of court for refusing to issue marriage licenses to gay couples Tuesday morning, after the Supreme Court Monday denied her last-ditch effort for a stay.

The motion filed by the ACLU states they are not seeking to have Davis arrested.
From the
Motion
Plaintiffs have established a prima facia case, in that they have shown by sufficient evidence that Defendant Davis, in refusing to grant Plaintiffs Miller and Roberts a marriage license following the U.S. Supreme Court’s denial of her most recent (and final) attempt to stay the August 12, 2015, preliminary injunction, has, in fact, violated a definite and specific order of this Court.
Because Davis cannot show either that she is unable to comply with the August 12, 2015, order or that she has taken all reasonable steps to comply, this Court is left with no choice but to hold her in contempt. Plaintiffs do not seek to compel Davis’ compliance through incarceration. Since Defendant Davis continues to collect compensation from the Commonwealth for duties she fails to perform, Plaintiffs urge the the Court to impose financial penalties sufficiently serious and increasingly onerous to compel Davis’ immediate compliance without further delay.
