And here it is. One of the top two newspapers in the country is now calling for the Electoral College to elect Hillary to the presidency when they meet December 19.
She is bouncing back in popularity since Trump won, just like she did after Bill embarrassed on an operatic scale. When men do Hillary wrong, her dignity and grace, not to mention sheer strength and wisdom, become more evident in contrast to the boorish male behavior to which she was subjected. Men act like children; Hillary like a long-suffering wife and mother who cleans up the mess like it's her job, no thank you expected. I suspect a lot of women can relate to that.
After 8 years of Obama's sterling integrity and massive brainpower, a piece of shit, who thinks Giuliani would make a good Secretary of State, is about to sit down in the Oval Office for four years. It's not even three weeks since the election, and we're already sick of the steady stream of surrealist horror descending on the presidency, growing more depressed and frightened by the day.
Why should we let him shape the country and world that we and our children will live in, when 2.5 million more American voters didn't want him? The antique Electoral College system that makes voters in California worth only a few percent compared to a vote from those flyover states is done. After the Electoral College puts Hillary in office, everybody is going to want to get rid of it. Remember , it is based on congressional representation, so it might be a good time to address why California should have at least 100 more congressmen to have equal representation. Or secede, along with all the other states who have let the poorly educated voters of small states make the decisions that impact their lives for way too fucking long.
And there's at least ten issues under investigation right now which would invalidate the Electoral College voting for him, if any one was confirmed as being almost certainly exactly what it looks like. The Supreme Court, where this would be headed is pretty much a 4-4 tie. John Roberts was willing to take the hit for Obamacare, which is tiny, compared to Trump in the White House. Anyone else would have already been driven by shame from the national spotlight, but it is incapable to shame Trump. As long as people are paying attention to him, he’s smiling. Psychopath.
Maybe until now at least, when he reads the WashPo headlines up there in Trump Tower, and not know who he has to fire to fix this.
Pinch me, I must be dreaming.
