When I went to bed last night I had no idea I would wake up to this:
I saw it this morning and dry heaved. Every day it seems there is a new indication of the path to fascism. Suffice to say, it is settled constitutional law that flag burning is protected by the First Amendment and that birthright citizenship cannot be taken away. Texas v. Johnson, 491 U.S. 397 (1989) and Afroyim v. Rusk, 387 U.S. 253 (1967).
He also had to get one more dig in at CNN at 6:30 in the morning.
Here is my diary from yesterday chronicling his unhinged tweets, sorry if the link doesn’t work.

A question: Should we be diarying his tweets? Are they simply a shiny object to stare at while the serious corruption and planned dismantling of the ACA and Medicare go on in the background?
I believe Trump’s rank ignorance and disrespect for the First Amendment, as well as the apparent mental instability, are worth documenting. I am very frightened of his “Thank You” tour. The rhetoric could be unimaginable — modern Nuremberg rallies. It can’t be ignored.
Spending too much time on his behavior, however, may not a good use of energy. This week I am going to work on making local connections for action. And re-read Letter from a Birmingham Jail.
