1) WNDU and Detroit Free Press are reporting that Judge Mark Godlsmith has rescinded his earlier order that the Michigan recount continue. Earlier the Michigan Elections Board voted to end the recount as soon as Goldsmith withdrew his Sunday order, consistent with the decision of the Michigan Court of Appeals that Jill Stein has no standing to sue for the recount.

2) While precinct level recounts have occurred in Pennsylvania, Jill Stein's lawsuit in federal court in Philadelphia requesting a statewide recount will not be heard by the judge until Friday -- which will likely not leave enough time to conduct the recount before the Dec 13 deadline.
3) Not that it matters. With Michigan ceded, Trump would still have 276 electoral votes to Hillary's 262 even if somehow Pennsylvania and Wisconsin were flipped to Hillary.
