As a weather geek, an inverted trough is going to setup between (Philly/NYC/CT area). This means a westerly inflow of moisture & low level convergence (snow banding impacts) .
The potential for the heaviest snow is in these areas, but Southern New Hampshire could get heavy snow (if the trough setups more north). In any case, there should be light to moderate snow there.
