In an interview with CNN’s Chris Cuomo today, Hillary Clinton stated flatly
I will be the nominee for my party, Chris. That is already done in effect. There is no way I won't be.

This marks a dramatic change from just 2 weeks ago when Hillary stated in another interview that she wasn’t calling herself the presumptive nominee yet.
I respect Senator Sanders and whatever choices he makes
Clearly, having seen the apparent choice that Senator Sanders has made to continue to keep open the possibility of fighting until the convention, Sec. Clinton is having none of it.
Mathematically, Hillary Clinton is right, she will have enough delegates to claim the nomination on June 7th, and her delegate lead (+272 in pledged delegates) is so large that she can give her victory speech before the polls close in California.
