People's Clean Power Plan
Join us on the People’s Clean Power Plan Listening Tour
Pennsylvania is currently under intense pressure from the drilling industry to turn our state into a fossil fuel superpower. There’s a push to expand fracking, build unnecessary pipelines, continue coal mining, turn Philadelphia into a refining hub and weaken climate action.
But we have a major opportunity to turn things around, and create a movement to make Pennsylvania a climate justice leader.
The politicians have shown us their plans: President Obama has issued his Clean Power Plan. Governor Wolf has issued his Climate Change Action Plan.
Big Oil and their allies have shown us their plans – more drilling, more mining and more pollution.
Now it’s time for the People’s Clean Power Plan.
This is a chance for you and your community to have a direct say in developing a plan that actually takes our views into account. It’s our chance to push back against fossil fuel lobbyists who are scrambling to block progress on climate.
The climate crisis is already affecting our communities and our families. From the wildfires in Canada to super typhoons in the South Pacific, we’re already seeing the effects of climate change.
That’s why the People’s Clean Power Plan is calling for a strategy that is based on science, builds a 100% renewable energy economy and ensures a just transition for people and planet.
Help us make this plan a reality by attending the People’s Clean Power Plan Listening Tour stop near you. Make your voice heard and help us write a plan for Pennsylvania based on these principles:
- Climate Justice and Clean Energy for a just and sustainable future
- End Racism- equality and equity for all
- Workplace Democracy and worker organizing for industrial power
- Democratize the Economy
- Participatory Democracy- end voter suppression
- Right to healthcare, education, housing, food, water and jobs

Keystone Progress Education Fund has been working to push the state and federal governments to take bold climate action. Now tis our chance to dream big. We’ve never been closer to getting a strong national climate plan that reflects our values, but it will only become a reality if we show we are stronger than the fossil fuel lobbyists.
Join us at one or more of the stops on our listening tour.
Or if you can’t make it, you can sign here to support our principles.
