The danger of fermenting hate.
Last night’s Republican Convention was full of hate for Hillary Clinton. But what’s wrong with that? It’s just politics, isn’t it?
When they began chanting, "lock her up, lock her up," there was nothing wrong with that, was there? It’s just politics?
And when they insisted she be tried and executed for her crimes, it was just being playful, wasn't it? Or that she should be put on the firing line and shot for treason...? That's politics, also, isn't it? Or hung on the mall in Washington D.C...?
When she was accused of being connected to Lucifer and the devil and called other disgusting names, that's O.K…?
When they said that she was responsible for the death of Americans in Benghazi…?
When they accused her of breaking the law with her emails…?
When Trump continues to call her crooked Hillary⎯it’s just politics, isn’t it?
I guess there’s nothing wrong with calling a politician ugly, disgusting names or crying out that she should be executed unless an unbalanced individual with a gun believes it. But what is the chance of an unbalanced individual with a gun appearing at a Republican National Convention?
