I want you have another view of what is happening in Catalonia today. Out of the official new standards you will have in this diary a collection of data and graphic documents of what is happening.
The tittle of the diary refflects at this point what is happening in Catalonia. There is not a violence of the people of Catalonia, the alone violence is the violence of Spain.
As a Basque myself, I know perfectly the nature of the Spanish government. As consequence, no, Im not surprised. I want you see too what I’m able to find, to have a more exact opinión of what is happening today in Catalonia.
Report including the fist official data:

Unknow people shoot against the people guarding a voting place the saturday in Manlleu (20000 inhabitants) leaving 4 wounded.
- The Catalan police (Mossos d’Esquadra) was intervened by the Spanish judiciary system and required to keep close the voting places before today 6am. Finding people inside, children included, they decided against the use of the force.
- This is not the case of the Spanish pólice. After see the how the Catalan pólice was not doing what they wanted, the Spanish police corps (Policía Nacional and Guardia Civil) begins to close some voting places since 8am. Some voting places have been closed since the begin of the day, but the Spanish pólice has not enough force to close all.
- Before the elections, the gouvernment of Catalonia announces a system of universal census as the option to be used in this referéndum. It means every voting place has Access to a global system with the total census of Catalonia, and as consequence, the citizens have not assigned a voting place and can vote in the voting place of their choice.

- At 3pm in Catalonia, the number of voting places open seems to be growing and the gouvernment of Catalonia annouced that in the afternoon a 96% of the voting places will be open.

Catalonia and Andorra
Andorra is a small Catalan country internationally recognized and member of different organizations like United Nations, the Council of Europe,...
A merge between Andorra and an independent Catalonia is likely in every case, and surely it would help to Catalonia to avoid some problems of international recognition in the short term.
