Adm. Mike Rogers, the director of the National Security Agency, testified today that he has not been given the by Trump, or Defense Secretary James Mattis, his direct boss, to strike at Russian cyberoperations against the U.S.
So, with another set of elections looming, and with the Trumps and their lackies bemoaning the fact that President Obama didn’t “do something”, they are...doing nothing.
At the hearing before the Senate Armed Services Committee, Rogers said that Russian President Vladimir Putin had likely concluded there was "little price" to pay for trying to disrupt U.S. elections.
