I have seen an edited version of the video on live television, but can not find it available on line. I will post a link when it is available, or someone else can post it in comments below.
There will be a referendum for a civilian oversight board on the ballot in November. Mayor Briley has expressed vague support for “community oversight,” but has expressed resistance to the ideas in the referendum.
