In a June 27, 2018 letter to Charles Grassley, Rod Rothstein wrote something I’m not sure we are all aware of:
“Rosenstein wrote. “We also have a duty to prevent the disclosure of information that would unfairly tarnish people who are not charged with crimes. … In fact, disclosing uncharged allegations against American citizens without a law-enforcement need is considered to be a violation of a prosecutor’s trust.”

So if this is the state of the investigation, and there are no direct charges against Trump, it’s quite possible that he may not even be mentioned in the report except in reference to others in his circle who have actually been charged.
If Trump is not charged, well, you’ll be able to hear him crowing into his next 4 years.
Even more important are his attacks along with his stalwart allies aimed at the House investigations and possibly turn the country against the Dems effecting the 2020 elections for the House, Senate and President.
We best be lighting candles that Mueller has hard proof that Trump has committed crimes and actually charges him with breaking the law.
