This 538 chart from today tries to prove something else as you can see by their title but what is shows is shocking: since 1972 only one candidate who was ahead lost. Hillary Clinton.
Yet I don’t believe she lost.
There is too much evidence, of the type they allowed to be released, the FBI accounts of Florida machines hacked and voter rolls hacked. Or of the type based on research that some computer scientists did at University of Michigan that found strong evidence election was rigged against Clinton in three key states:
In Wisconsin, Ms Clinton received 7 per cent fewer votes in counties that depended on electronic-voting machines compared to countries that used optical scanners and paper ballots, and consequently Ms Clinton may have lost up to 30,000 votes. She lost Wisconsin by 27,000 votes.
But the scientists did not find enough people in power who could do anything with the information, and there is too much obstruction of justice by Trump to reveal the rest of evidence, that the Russians invited by Trump helped in more ways than just social media marketing campaigns. Because social-media marketing and Comey helped to tighten the polls, but not ever before did a candidate in the + column lose an election.
The FBI yesterday came out to talk about Iran interference because Trump wants to protect his Proud Boys and blame the emails on Iran. Sure the FBI “mentioned” Russia, but that’s it, we don’t know any details of what Russia is doing, but of course we had to hear details on what Iran is doing given that Trump wants to pick a fight with them.
What I want to share here is some evidence that
(1) Trump won through electronic-voting machines hacking
(2) Only if Biden is ahead by 10 points or more can we prevent the same in 2020
