This will be a quick and dirty diary, since I rarely post and haven't got the time to polish it up. Haven't seen this story here yet, so I figured I throw it up. This is from close to my neck of the woods, here in PA, and it's more than a bit unnerving.
Cumberland County officials received an email this week from the Trump campaign requesting highly specific details about the county’s ballot security.
The email, obtained by The Sentinel, went so far as to ask for the address and room numbers of ballot storage locations, and requested that the information be sent to the Gmail account of a Florida-based Trump operative.
County officials said they have not responded to the request and do not intend to, according to the county commissioners.
The Trump campaign described the request as “standard election transparency details,” but local officials find the implication — that the President’s campaign staff is harvesting election security plans through what appears to be a personal web-based email account — to be extremely concerning.

Did not expect this to blow up as it did, but I'm glad it got the word out. The story seems to be gaining steam on Twitter as well. Additionally, I did some personal follow-up. Snyder county, where I live, is too solidly R for folks to care much about it, but for what it's worth, I spoke with a Snyder County Commissioner about this (he's a Dem, and a friend). His response:
We have heard about it and discussed it. Our policy is that issues/information relating to elections security will not be released.
Glad others are paying attention to this and schemes like it
