Since Donald Trump has decided to try burying the will of the American people under a morass of mostly baseless lawsuits, I thought it would be helpful to provide a couple of resources for tracking them all.
The one I look at the most is the “2020 Election Litigation Tracker,” which is a joint project between two respected groups, SCOTUSblog and the Moritz School of Law at Ohio State University. This tracker appears to be updated on close to an immediate basis, and includes links to the individual pleadings in each case for those interested in reading them.
Then off course there is the Daily Kos litigation tracker which provides additional details about who is supporting each lawsuit as well as links to stories on Daily Kos about each lawsuit.
Having this election bogged down in a multitude of lawsuits is unfortunate, but if there was ever a time to closely follow the activities of our federal and state judicial branches, this is it.
