I will freely admit that I am no expert on Constitutional Law and I am curious if anyone in the great Kosasphere knows the answer to my question:
Is it true that Congress can only decide on the validity of a states electors if there is more than one slate submitted?
IF that is true — can the Parliamentarian of the House then decide that objections to a given states slate of electors has no standing since only one slate was sent by each state?
