I’ve always been a bit jealous of England’s Guy Fawkes Day. But what better opportunity for the United States than to celebrate our own special people?
The only problem is, June 31st doesn’t exist. I wouldn’t want to miss out on all the special activities of the day: bonfires, fireworks, burning effigies. Perhaps that could just be the “official” date, but then, when should the US celebrate our own traitors?
