According to projections, Rep. Herrera Beutler will fall to third place in a top-two primary when votes continue to be counted next week, which would make her yet another Republican Congressperson who voted for impeachment to lose in a primary.

Per David Wasserman, it would “take a miracle” for her not to lose at this point, with 30k votes outstanding.
She represents Vancouver, WA, across the Columbia River from Portland, and not an extremely conservative seat. If anything, she voted for impeachment in order to maintain a patina of moderation as her district has been reliably only slightly Republican. I haven’t seen a ratings shift because of this but I have to believe it’ll shift to a toss-up and, in my view, I suspect the Democratic challenger will actually be slightly favored in the post Roe environment compared to the Trump-endorsed Republican.
